Hai om-tante,, nih gua pengen bagi software IDM (Internet Download Manager) yang trial.. :-( hehe.. tenang aja om-tante.. gua dah sertain PATCH buat bikin nih IDM jadi full version ampe laptop/pc om-tante letus.. hehehe.. udah deh.. makin panjang aja ngawurnya.. nih om-tante yang pengen download,, langsung aja ke TKP..

Download Patch IDM

Tutor :

1. Download IDM & Patch IDM.

2. Matikan koneksi internet om-tante.

3. Buka idman620build5.rar, Klik idman620build5.exe

4. Instal seperti biasa.

5. Setelah terinstal,, CANCEL semua pemberitahuan yang ada. TERUTAMA PERMINTAAN UNTUK MEMASUKKAN SERIAL NUMBER.

6. Buka IDM.v6.xx.release.3-patch.rar, Copy IDM.v6.xx.release.3-patch.exe

7. Buka lokasi drive dimana om-tante instal tuh IDM tadi. biasanya di Local Disk (C:) > Program Files > Internet Download Manager. Paste kan IDM.v6.xx.release.3-patch.exe disitu. Lalu klik IDM.v6.xx.release.3-patch.exe

8. Setelah IDM.v6.xx.release.3-patch.exe terbuka,, klik Patch di sudut kanan bawah. setelah tulisan Patch tadi berubah menjadi DONE, close deh tuh  IDM.v6.xx.release.3-patch.exe dengan mengklik (x) disudut kanan atas. 

9. Restart laptop/pc om-tante biar lebih afdol.

10. Pake deh tuh IDM ampe laptop om tante letus..!!! hahaha...

*Note :  jika ada pemberitahuan bahwa IDM perlu di update,, close aja.. jangan diupdate.. karena setelah di update IDM kembali menjadi TRIAL.

Implementation of National Exams

      National Examination is an evaluation for learners as consideration of graduation in a course / education unit. UN aims to substantially improve the quality of education in Indonesia. UN can be used as a tool to shape the character of the students. One of the benefits of UN is improving learning, with UN, students will be encouraged to become more active learning. According to the psychologists, the presence of mental examination students became depressed and just stares into lessons in the UN. If we analogy to thermometer of gauge body temperature, UN same with the thermometer that only measures how many degrees the quality of our education and not to improve the quality of education. Is not in the hands of a great chef and simple food ingredients can make food taste so good? Instead, chef’s mediocre food with special ingredients cannot make food that tastes good? This means that UN should not become media and test for the formation of character, enough to provide skills training to the teacher education course. As done in other countries such as Malaysia, Singapore and the United States who send and train teachers to improve their education skills.

      The government should also pay attention to teachers' rights in determining graduation of students. Just imagine when the teacher has become a hero for 3 years of education to their students that make teachers more aware of and familiar with the character and ability of learners but could not determine the graduation of their students. It has often be found in schools where there is an outstanding student, but not pass because of the UN, this shows that any time students can get a pressure caused by internal or external factors interfere with the students in answering questions when the UN. It is not fair to the pressure felt by the students did not get a response from the government, it should be stressed that students are still children who could get the mental pressure of parental behavior in the home.

      In my opinion, if the UN is the final evaluation of the student's knowledge, my question is, who is evaluating the students? Government or school? I think not both. Because UN students’ examined by computer in which students answer should not be out of the line of sphere provided. It is very unfair because although students know all the answers from the given problem if only out of line when blacken the answer just makes unauthorized students answer, what is the use. So I think UN is just evaluating how clean and neat the students in answering questions. The government should improve the system in the implementation of UN because UN is very necessary to be a mirror for the quality education of our nation.

This is my fourth blog. This blog especially for my evaluation assignment, and just for share to my idol lecturer Mr. Yusran. He is my idol lecturer and my inspiration how to teach my student later. Humorist but Seriously, that is our motto for his class.
